• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant industries (Tech/ Automobile/ Finance/ Banking/Insurance/ Dealership/Commerce)

Education:

• Minimum education of graduation in fields of commerce (BCOM/BBA)

• MBA candidates can also apply

• Education not bar for skilled candidates with experience

Job Roles & Duties:

• Able to do daily mundane tasks

• Manage collection & cashflow

• Manage customer feedback & solve their queries

• Manage multiple spreadsheets and database in computer

• Able to handle customer communication

• Finish tasks with speed & accuracy

• Able to work in pressure

• Manage customer queries in timely manner

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 per month
